✉️ What Is Daisy's Sunday Letter?

The truth is, these letters exist because there were times when I needed them myself.

There were weeks where I felt completely overwhelmed by everything going on in my life, but I still got up, still smiled, still told everyone I was okay. On the outside, everything looked normal. Inside, I was exhausted. Not just physically, but emotionally. The kind of tired that sleep doesn't fix.

I know what it's like to lie awake at night replaying conversations in your head. To worry about people you love. To carry fears you don't know how to talk about. To spend an entire week holding everything together, only to fall apart when nobody else is around. And I know I'm not the only one.

That's why Daisy's Sunday Letter exists.

Every Sunday, I write a new letter for anyone who needs it. Not because I have all the answers, and not because I can magically make everything better, but because sometimes the most powerful thing in the world is simply being reminded that you're not alone.

These letters are my way of checking in with you every single week. A reminder that someone is thinking of you, a reminder that difficult weeks don't last forever, a reminder that even if this week felt impossible, you made it through it.

Some weeks the letters might talk about anxiety, loneliness, grief, heartbreak, self-worth or feeling completely lost. Other weeks they might simply be the words I wish somebody had said to me when I needed them most.

My hope is that these letters become something you can come back to when life feels heavy. Something you read when your mind is convincing you to give up. Something that helps you hold on for one more day, one more night, one more week. Because sometimes that's all we can do. And sometimes that's enough.

If you're here because you're struggling, I want you to know something before you read any of the letters: You do not need to earn rest, you do not need to earn kindness, you do not need to earn support. And no matter how difficult this week has been, you deserve the chance to see what happens next.

So every Sunday, wherever you are in the world, I'll leave a letter here for you. Not as an expert. Not as someone who has life all figured out. Just as another human being reaching out and being glad that you’re here! 🌼
